Unstuck in Time.

My digital camera broke so I dusted off the old manual 35mm for the weekend and snapped away. Is 35mm oblsolete? I’d say so. But in case you didn’t hear, obsolete is the new up-to-date.

Things done: Sheba and I traveled in time against our will, we visited the jungle, a couple of friends got married and Wallgreen’s gives me the sneaking suspicion that they simply scan your negatives then make digital prints instead of printing from the negative. Total rip!

i love the oak shot (is that the one by loch haven?) and the florida pillow (where did you get that?). i’m 35mm retarded and can’t take a shot worth my life, so congrats on your success.

Yup, that’s the one across the street form where critical mass takes off. The FL pillow is from Harry P. Lue’s house located in Lue Gardens. That place is awesome, highly recommended to impress friends from out of town.

I realized a couple things this weekend: 35 can be a lot more rewarding seeing as it takes forever to set up a shot, but digital can teach you a lot about composition in a very short time cause the sheer number of shots you’re taking is twenty times the number you would with film. With film you’re more conservative about what you want to shoot instead of just snapping away willy-nilly.
