J. Rohr is a native of the Chicago land area, born and raised. He became interested in writing at a young age. It afforded him the opportunity to make his sense of reality seem tangible. He has a degree in history from DePaul University. Recently, he completed a novella entitled Home Sweet Homicide: a tale of reasonable madness, which he is polishing in the hope of having it published. He likes long walks on the beach at Gilson Park, petting cats, writing, and cooking dinner for orphans who have no idea what’s coming next: The oven.
